  I was skeptical to come to a location on Broadway. But was pleasantly surprised by the service. The young man, Makhai (I spelled it wrong I know) . Promptly greeted me at the door while he was dealing with a customer already. I was looking for a new phone and he was very knowledgeable of the features that each phone had and set me up with phone that really suited what I was looking for. I got a good deal , he set up my account and everything right there in the store. Very happy with my phone so far!

  I've been to this store twice in the last two months - first, to get my wife's phone number ported to a new phone for Cricket, and more recently to activate my phone and add it to the same account. Both times, we brought in unlocked phones that we purchased online, and both times, we were offered prompt and courteous service. We were even encouraged to stick around and use their WiFi to finish setting up our phones. Zero complaints. Thanks again!

  Kenyatta and Melvin gave GREAT customer service. They were nice, patient, and very professional. They saw to all my needs and I left the store completely satisfied. Kenyatta stated that she's in training, but still handeled the transactions like a pro and Melvin helped her along the way. Great job guys!!!
