- KRKayla RobertsOct 26, 20231.0They do NOT listen to what you say. Once you get past the first room where they check your vitals and get your info, they don’t listen. I was here yesterday as well for flu testing. Came back because I hurt my back and shouldn’t be in so much pain after my back popping while laying down. Came looking for answers and all I got was “just take more Tylenol.” I said ibuprofen. Point proven. Desk lady and the doctor who did my registry were pretty nice though, I will say that. I honestly don’t recommend this place unless it’s last resort. Wanted to save time and money because my Doctor is in Hartford City. Next time I’m just going the extra miles for people who will listen and not assume nothings wrong just because I’m young. Staff in general are 50/50 and most of them are passive-aggressive. I can hear them talking about me outside my room right now.
