- BRBrian RoweJun 18, 20265.0Acknowledged as soon as I walked in. Had an appointment and arrived early and was seen at time of appointment (not earlier). Appointment was for DOT physical where the nurse and nurse practioner were very thorough even asking for clarity historical health questions answered on form. The NP was extremely helpful and clear on what she was doing and writing in their system. The most thorough DOT physical I've had. Thank you.

- DWDiane WeedlingOct 14, 20221.0Music was so loud in the waiting room that an elderly lady was in tears with an earache. She gently asked if they can turn it down. The receptionists response was "ma'am we can't turn it down. Our walls are thin and HIPPA requires it" Not to mention that most people waiting don't feel well so blaring Ozzy Osborne was ridiculous. And I could still hear the patient in the room next to me as well as the nurses private conversation about someone that had passed. After I picked up my scripts I had to call them to ask about unclear prescription directions; they never called me back. Nurse practitioner was great though!
