- RFRandall FenwickSep 26, 20261.0I'd give zero stars if I could. I went today because I'm in need of an immediate clinical record of my blood-sugar level via finger pick, blood pressure rwading and acknowledging my HS channeling along with severe dental problems and broken teeth. This record is for my mhs medicaid caseworker to get me listed as medically frail. As soon as I said, I need a blood sugar reading both the secretary and the nurse said they don't do that. I know you don't do bloodwork panels but I didn't know ask you for that. I asked for a simple finger pick test. What clinic refuses to perform a simple test like that? Completely rude, unprofessional and lazy. I was the only patient and they had a sign saying they were closed due to low patient flow but the doors were open. This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and treated with such disregard and disdain. It needs investigated and either new ppl brought in or close completely.

Appointment was for DOT physical where the nurse and nurse practioner were very thorough even asking for clarity historical health questions answered on form. The NP was extremely helpful and clear on what she was doing and writing in their system. The most thorough DOT physical I've had. Thank you.
