- MHMary Hipes5 days ago1.0I had the most horrible experience with Joshua and was so embarrassing. Ask for a certain phone for my to switch over and it was not available in this store. Asked if any neighboring cities had one and instead of saying yes or calling(he did do a chat with someone but no answers) he went ahead and switched my old phone to were the phone I wanted, which was $150 now was $350. He not only didn't want to help from the very beginning but he was more entertained by the environment that was outside. It was the worst customer service experience I ever received. I ended up going over to the Kokomo branch and I immediately left with a new phone. Sage was absolutely amazing and found a solution. If you see Joshua, run and go to another store. When he should have been stepping up, he ignored his own responsibilities and could of had a huge sale but told us to look for the phone at Wal-Mart. I'm only giving a one star for the store, because the gentleman working with him that day was trying to help.... absolutely disgusted

My only hesitation is eSIM swap on visible takes 10 mins, and cricket might slower. Cricket is the best customer service by far when compared to Visible (my current carrier), Boost, MetroPCS. Finally, I'm looking for part time work so will likely apply too. Overall a positive visit ☺️
