The care is always very high quality, the staff is polite, and the waiting area is super quiet, which is great for anxious animals. Since my cat likes to embarrass me and act ferocious towards the vet staff, they were kind enough to offer a cheap anti-anxiety medication and reschedule with no extra fees, which I greatly appreciate! Hopefully my cat stops being a devil child soon, as I would like to keep a paycheck for once 🥹

Im only complaining because they wanted over $90 for a dye test which typically costs maybe $25? And charged me $43 for a $16 tube of ointment. And for anybody who has the need to say “they still have to cover staff and resource costs” thats bullshit, I know damn well they get these ointment tubes in bulk so why theyre charging 3x the retail price is beyond me. Vets wonder why people cant afford to take their pets to get healthcare when they drive prices up to insane amounts and play like they really want to help you save money and care for your pet. Thanks for looking at my cat but never will I blindly listen to another vet or vet tech about medicine without doing my own price research. ESPECIALLY for something over the counter. Extremely irritating.
