The guy told me he would throw in a free case so i went with the instore phone, afraid shipping wouldn't make it in time for Christmas. When he told me the final price I asked him what all that included and he said the phone, first month service and activation. When i looked at the receipt later he also charged me $25 for a screen protector that he didnt even ask if I wanted. I am very disappointed with this guys dishonesty.
