  Came in about 6-7 times for 1 single phone first time short fat Hispanic lady I think her name was FLORIA said the phone was 300 which was not true by the way but said it was cheaper if paid in cash so I did and payed 270 after that she let us walk out the store with no line which is something that should never happen.. came back a few days later and Honduran man that said he was the “manager” said the phone was reported as stolen and the 270 was never in the counter so I returned the phone and ordered one off of boost mobile and he said to come back a few days later to get a full refund or a new phone so I came back 2-3 days later and the lady floria who originally had sold us the phone said she couldn’t give us the 270 back which we were assured that we were gonna get back over the phone ! She said it was because of the “accessories” and “phone line” mind you i never got either one of those she said the PHONE alone was 270 which makes 0 sense because when I ordered it after returning the one she originally gave us it was only 140 .. she said she was only able to provide 170 because the store didn’t want to pay for it , it was coming out of her pocket trying to run off with the rest when I refused and asked for the whole 270 she started cussing at me said i was banned called me a “little kid” and never gave a cent back then said the 170 would get refunded into my bank account which is not true because I payed the phone in cash ! If this store has its down fall it is because of unprofessional people like her not sure how she is not fired already and why the main manager keeps letting this disrespectful person get into her head and robbing the store / people, it’s ridiculous .
