  I genuinely had a great experience overall and wanted to share how much I appreciate the quality and consistency Apple provides. One thing that has always stood out to me is how reliable and user-friendly the products are in everyday life. Whether I’m using my iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods, or other devices, everything works together smoothly, making it much easier to stay organized, connected, and productive. As someone balancing school, work, and daily responsibilities, having technology that I can depend on without constant issues really makes a difference. I also appreciate the attention to detail in both the hardware and software design at this price point, as well as the genuine connection from checking in your product for service to leaving with the issue resolved. Everything feels intuitive, clean, and well-thought-out. The performance, battery life, and overall experience continue to meet my expectations, and I like that updates and new features are usually focused on improving usability and security. The ecosystem is one of the biggest reasons I continue using Apple products because everything connects seamlessly and saves time. Another thing I value is the customer support experience. I personally do not give off the most welcoming energy, but the employees were extremely helpful and personal. I also observed that anytime a customer had questions or needed assistance, the support process was professional and helpful. Overall, Apple products have become a dependable part of my everyday routine, and I appreciate the effort put into creating technology that feels modern, efficient, and easy to use. Thank you for continuing to improve your customers' experience. P.S. $29 to repair my phone and a loaner phone while Apple repairs your phone is a far better deal than Asurion has ever offered. Thank you kindly, AppleCare! I highly recommend getting Apple Care!

  I had a really cool experience today shopping for a new laptop. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jason. He is a musician, like me, so he had some super helpful insight on how to optimize the MacBook, and which one would suit my needs, personally, for recording and mixing my instruments. Jason utilized a few associates creatively during my visit in to get me not only the best computer for me but a great portable speaker that will be better than the one I would have bought for what I am trying to accomplish. The personal touch was over the top and just the best! Best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Jason and thank you Indianapolis Apple Team!

  Pretty good service here. I came there for an iPhone 17 pro and it came relatively quickly. About a 15 minute check-in wait but worth it because they put on the screen protector and everything. Also convenient location near raising Cane‘s!

  Unbelievable experience. I made a specific appointment for a battery replacement, assuming that was the whole point of scheduling a time slot. When I arrived, they told me they’d have to keep my phone until the next day to finish the job. What is the purpose of an appointment if you can't actually do the work at the scheduled time? Total waste of time and extremely frustrating.
