    I am not usually the one to leave reviews, but I had the best experience today. I have a dog who I got from the pound a year ago and have never taken him out in such a public setting. He has a little aggression towards people but they made him feel so comfortable where he didn’t need a muzzle! They made me feel comfortable with having him there! I literally can not describe how great the staff was!

    SHAMEFUL!!!!!!! Do not take your pet here, they will be super nice at first and then turn you away when your pet is in need or not even call you back. I took my cat in with an upper respiratory infection and five days later he was not improving. I called asking what else we could do and told me they “did not have time” and sent me to THEIR urgent care. I was charged $1400 for a stronger anabiotic. When I called back and spoke to the manager, Jenn, she was cold and could care less. This animal clinic is like a McDonald’s franchise. You will never get to see the same doctor and all they care about is making money!!!!!

    Encouraged us to euthanize our kitten. Got another opinion from another vet and the kitten had asthma. Was very rude to us in our time of need. Will not come back nor would I recommend anyone come here for their pets livelihood and well-being. Would give 0 stars if I could

    Awesome staff. Our dog actually likes going to the vet now. We are very happy with VCA and are confident our dog is getting the best care around.
