I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but my experience at Cricket Wireless with sales advocate Krysten was so exceptional that it honestly deserves to be talked about. From the moment I walked into the store, she made the entire process feel effortless, friendly, and surprisingly fun — which is not something you can usually say about dealing with phone plans.
Krysten greeted me with the kind of energy that instantly puts you at ease. She wasn’t just polite; she was genuinely warm, upbeat, and clearly passionate about helping people. She asked the right questions, listened to what I actually needed, and never once tried to upsell me on something unnecessary. Instead, she broke everything down in a way that made sense, explained all the options without overwhelming me, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting.
