  I bought a cricket wireless phone at Meijer and a refill card for $45 plan but the total online was $50. Every time I was trying to connect with someone it just kept saying I had to go too a cricket wireless store, even if I was putting in a credit/debit card it kept declining it, so I go to this cricket store tell the lady my situation and she tells me I had to go back to Meijer to get this fix because they are third parties. I said ok I go back to Meijer and talk with customer service they said the same thing you have to go too a cricket store told them I had just came from this cricket store and they told me to come to Meijer where I got the phone. The two lady's were no help at all I walked in and they were just laughing chit chatting sitting down the worker to not even try to help me was very unprofessional on her part she said a quick "no you got to go where you got the phone" , but "why"? if the phone is literally telling me to go too a cricket wireless store. The story ain't finish yet,so I go to Pontiac Mall to get my Xfinity paid and told the guy do they work with cricket wireless phones he said yes I told him my situation from the beginning and he was able to help me, mind you I wouldn't care to pay another $50 which I had to do sadly and everything went smooth and they are a third party. Cricket Lady's do better at serving cricket customers!

  Watch out for a staff member named Lisa R.; she is a scammer. She charged me $40 but didn’t record it on the receipt, causing Cricket to charge me that $40 a second time. I have reason to believe the $40 she charged me went straight into her own pocket.

  I just want to give Brittany a big shout out.. This girl went above and beyond.. I went in looking to get a iPhone 17 or a iPhone 17e but didn’t have any at store and that was okay I still walked out with a iPhone 16e and the only reason is because I loved the way Brittany’s attitude and vibe was..she even went back to double check even tho she already know that they where out of Stock.. She not only sold me a iphone 16e and she also sold my friend on the same plan a phone as well. With her Positive attitude, and vibe she made us Feel welcome and was not one bit lazy about her job help walk us through the Progressive leasing and all. Great job Brittany keep up the great work
