  My crew walked into the store at 6:30 wanting to open a new line, not realizing they closed at 7pm.. Ellie didn't care. We needed a phone right away in able to get a family member out of a terrible situation and Ellie was so kind and patient with us. We couldn't recommend Ellie at the First avenue location enough. Thank you for being a kind human!!

  A month ago I changed my phone plan with Cricket. I have used the service for over a year and never paid them late. I accidentally over paid my bill by 10.00 so I was thinking I have a ten dollar credit on this months bill. WRONG. They told me I can't use it yet🧐!!? WhaaaaaaaT 😳. Just thinking about cutting the service off and using wi-fi calling.
