  Do not go here!!! Went here today around 3:45 pm just to leave at 4:40 pm. The two working was a young male and young female who doesn't know really how to do their job. The young female was training. But the young male only knows just the basics. Anyways, when we got there they were going in between customers and were having computer trouble which they had admitted that one had. Instead of switching to the working computer they used the one that was having issues. Which turned into charging our card (which the bank said they had a successful payment from cricket.) However they said they had no record of the payment which the bank even said there was a successful transaction for cricket . After the manager got there all she wanted to do was argue and be hostile with us. Instead of de-escalating the situation at hand she escalated it real quick. No customer service at all.!!! When we were leaving the manager said something in Spanish which I then asked her to repeat in English! She refused!!!! So now corporate will know everything and even have the video on the situation tonight! If you want to have speedy respectful customer service and not get laughed at in your face for no reason at all I suggest you go elsewhere!!!

  The staff attempted to be helpful but are restricted by company policies. At times, uninformed of problems. The folks are nice here but have no information from corporate. Unfortunately, they are of little help.

  I highly recommend this location for all your cell phone needs and questions. Connie was my representative and she was nothing but nice and helpful.
