The first time was her and a male employee. You guys have lost my business & I will be taking my friends and family with me. I do not want to support a company who employees people like that lady. Between my experience with Cricket customer service and the big guys, like Verizon, Cricket blows the competition out of the water. You can arrive 3 minutes before closing and the staff is always cool about it and understanding that life happens. Every store we've been to has been the same way, friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help and they take the time to make sure you REALLY know what you are doing before you leave.
