  Our 5 month old puppy Reggie did a board and train while we were on vacation. Debra did a fantastic job working with Reggie while we were away and Reggie seemed to really enjoy staying there and playing with the other dogs. I’m very impressed with Debra’s care and professionalism when working with Reggie.

  Do NOT go to this location and do NOT choose Holly Jacobson. I brought my cat in for a neck wound a few weeks ago that she wouldn’t leave alone, and that vet ended up giving her a steroid shot that stays in a pet’s system for 3-5 weeks. Why this was given without telling us the side effects or giving us any other options, I’ll never know. My cat ended up having a severe reaction to the shot and was constantly throwing up, having diarrhea, and wouldn’t eat for days. My boyfriend and I looked up the shot (Depo Medrol) and everything says this shouldn’t have been given for a small neck wound. That should’ve been the last resort for something small like this as it can cause a long list of issues and doesn’t leave their system for weeks/months. I’ve tried calling this location multiple times to get some answers and ensure that they cover any further care my cat needs as they caused all of this, but no one seems to want to address the issue. They responded once and said a manager/director will reach out soon, but I didn’t hear back again after that. It’s extremely frustrating that they don’t seem to care what they did and aren’t taking accountability. I recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.

  Adopted new family member about two months ago. Staff is friendly and extra helpful. Little fluff had a dental procedure last week and the vet and staff were great. Very glad they are available to help us with our fluff needs.

  Debbie was amazing! Pammy connected with her right away, which made the whole experience so much easier. She took the time to teach us everything we needed to know and explained each step clearly, making sure we felt confident continuing the training at home. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about Pammy’s progress. We learned so much, and Pammy had a great time too. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking for a caring and experienced dog trainer!

  George and I were fortunate to have Debra Cole as our trainer. Deb is an expert in dogs, clear and consistent with her explanations, always patient, and thoughtful in answering questions. She also provided us with written instructions that I will continue to use. I recommend her absolutely, if you need training for yourself and your dog.
