  We recently rescued a 4 yr old black lab from the Humane Society and needed help training him on the leash and dealing with reactivity issues. Deb was a saint. Not only was she patient with me and my kids, but she handled our 92 lb lab with confidence and composure. She gave us a plan that worked with our family and helped teach me how I can best help our new dog in social settings and how we can go on walks without him ripping my arm out of the socket. We are all so grateful and HIGHLY recommend training with Deb.

  Took our cat in first time to appointment from humane society for free first time appointment. I received a charge and question it. A nurse called and totally lied saying she told be the certificate was not in folder. We have been bringing for years several of our pets here. We would have went home and got certificate if we were told this!!! Never did she say these words. A complete lie to cover herself. We really over serveral pets and years love coming here. I will never go there again and will tell everyone I know about this situation. Not good customer service

  I recently adopted who's a quite nervous around new people and the staff did so well with here and were so patient! The visit was an included part of her adoption but because it went so well I think we'll just stick with them

  Today is the day that the recovery plan started. Rescuing a 15-year-old senior dog with health issues can feel overwhelming, but the team at VCA in Carmel made the transition seamless. After taking in Casey, a retired service dog who was abandoned by his prior owners, we needed immediate help managing his heart, thyroid, and ear conditions. Dr. Wood, Hannah B., and Cynthia went above and beyond for us. They were supportive and patient, even allowing us to film their care instructions so we could replicate everything accurately at home. You can tell this team genuinely loves animals and cares deeply about their patients. Thanks to them, we have a clear treatment plan to keep Casey comfortable and healthy in his forever home. If you are looking for compassionate, top-tier vet care in Carmel, look no further than VCA!

  Arrived at 8:10 for our 8:20 appointment. At 8:50, nobody had even been in to see our cat, despite expressing urgent concerns. We've given this location a second chance, but I recommend seeking care elsewhere. The billing is overpriced and the care is lacking.
