  They dont have such of anything anymore. Not sure how they are still in business. So disappointing.

  okay simple task. call Best buy to see if they will accept microwaves to be recycled. first call spoke with their new AI bot for 5 minutes with absolutely no success on my part but the AI bot was quite pleased with itself and hung up confident in the knowledge that they had done a good job. second call after about 5 minutes got to a real person on the geek squad who did not know my answer but knew who did but would not transfer me to that person unless I first gave them my full name, phone number and email. why do they need this information for a simple yes or no question? he refused to transfer me and I refused to stay on the line. third call put on hold hung up after 10 minutes. I remember when Best buy had excellent customer service. what the hell happened?

  Not very helpful. Couldn't fix the phone bc they only work on Apple phones. Couldn't fix computer bc they would need to send it out. Did want us to buy either a warranty or a new computer. Geek Squad, not impressed. Guy we spoke with was nice but just not helpful.

  I purchased an LG washing machine from the Carmel West store yesterday. The first time I used it it flooded the laundry room from underneath the unit. Not the hookups, the water is coming from underneath the washing machine. I tried to call the caramel store and you cannot speak to somebody who works in the store. It starts out as an AI and then you finally after 12 minutes of waiting get routed to an online person who is not in the store. She told me in order to speak to somebody in the store I would physically have to return to the store to speak to someone. So now I am going to have to load up this washing machine and physically take it back. The customer service is terrible once you buy something.

  You guys should probably get more floor support. Walked around forever today (12:00) trying to find a turntable with no help. When I found it, the box was damaged and there was nobody available to ask for help. I saw one person on the floor and they were talking hoops with another customer. To Amazon I go!
