- JWJahn Watkins2 days ago5.0I have had some many bad experiences with the staff and profesionalism in this company. This last time I visited I was completely and pleasently suprised. The new manager Caleb was incredibly helpful and built so much value I wouldve never known into the phone I was buying. I really enjoyed my conversation with Trace as well. Overall such a great experience. highly recomend.

Called the cops on me because I wanted my $108 dollars back. I've never raised my hand at a woman ever. Not even my voice unless I'm trying to say what have to say as she was SCREAMING at Me! Cops got there and was completely on my side saying, we're always here for this exact crap. Thumbs down to that woman who needs therapy. 👎

Went in the next day to fix it,same Employee told me I had to call the customer service number to fix it. I was on hold for 2 hours before they took my call. Lot of time wasted cause of Employees mistake.
