  My husband's grandma and I were having trouble getting in to see a vet for her cat, Otto, who had an infected eye injury that was pretty bad. We luckily found this place and we were able to get him into eye removal surgery two days after taking him in to be examined. The staff was super friendly and did an awesome job on the surgery! Thank you ladies!

  Completely callous. My poor doggy had a burst cyst on his paw and bled all over their floor. It was 45 minutes until closing and and they send me away with a puppy pad for the blood.

  Was there to be seen for our new kitten.Tge vet was the only good experience that was there. The tech “lady” was unhelpful and seemed very lost and just so awkward it was almost rude. Also the receptionist attempted to correct me on what animal I had with me as we have a couple pets. She also tried to scold me over locking my card and the fact that I wasn’t completely attentive to what she was saying because I work nights and waited there for almost two hours. Totally understand I wasn’t there for an emergency but I also had an appointment. Vet would put 5 stars everything else was terrible

  We had an orphaned foster kitten (a few weeks old) that we took to VCA in an emergency, and received wonderful care. Unfortunately she had to be put down, as she was too sick to recover and would have suffered. The staff were so kind, empathetic, and helpful. They gave her meds for pain, and kept rotating her through freshly warmed blankets until she passed.

  Go to this place as an absolute last resource if you don't find nothing else. They are there to make MONEY not to help animals. I went there last Saturday because I was in need of a dewormer for my kitty, after THREE HOURS waiting, the assistant to the vet took the name and information and leave us there for another 20 minutes. Finally the vet shows up and after check the vitals of the kitty went out the room and back with a bunch of papers trying to sell me a bunch of tests and procedures that would cost more than 700 DOLLARS !!. After much discussions and fighting the proposals I was able to lower the bill to 120 DOLLARS JUST FOR A DEWORMER APPLIED TO THE COAT OF THE CAT. The health system in this country whether is for humans or animals is totally broken. You can't go and buy simply a dewormer or an antibiotic over the counter without a prescription because big pharma and insurance companies have the american people slaves to a burocratic system that doesn't work and the only reason to exist is to enrich the institutions that are there supposedly to help.In any other country you just walk to a pharmacy and buy an antibiotic or walk to a pet store and buy a dewormer, but not in the US. What a shame.!!
