We have always had the most amazing experience and the level of expertise along with the caring and empathy provided by Dr. Schnayer, Dr. Farah, Mary, Julissa and the rest of the staff are unmatched in the industry. - BFbeatriz feoJun 22, 20261.0I scheduled a veterinary appointment well in advance for 4:00 PM. At 3:41 PM, after I had already driven an hour to the clinic and arrived at the location, I received a call informing me that my appointment had been canceled because they had scheduled another client in my time slot. I was told that I confirmed my appointment too late (around 1:00 PM). However, the clinic only sent a confirmation request 24 hours before the appointment, and I responded within that timeframe. Canceling an appointment less than 20 minutes before the scheduled time is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for clients’ time. What is even more concerning is that this was a veterinary appointment. My pet spent nearly two hours in the car unnecessarily because of the clinic’s scheduling mistake. Veterinary providers should be especially mindful of the well-being and comfort of animals, and this situation demonstrated a lack of consideration for both the pet and the owner. Very disappointing experience and poor appointment management.
