    If you plan on getting any service here, be ready to wait at least 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. The delays can be frustrating, so factor the extra time into your visit.

    Took my wife phone to get battery replaced. 2 days later on and off button stopped working. Was told that it wasn’t due to craftsmanship that I would have to pay $600 to get it fixed by them. I did not pay wife kept using the phone weeks later the phone started to open from the screen and body. Did not want to argue with them and I was not going to pay for the price of a new phone. I do not recommend fixing tech here 👎🏿

    Went in for a hard drive swap 6 days ago. Each day they said it would be ready the same day or next. It is now currently 6 days. People sometimes need their computers in order to work. They lie, have no communication, and are inept for simple projects. Never again. I would suggest going somewhere else. Who knows when I'll actually get it back in working order.

    I chose geek squad thinking they were the best. But my experience with them has been frustrating. My laptop has been with them for over a month with no clear answer as to where my laptop is. We keep getting transferred from store to wherever it is they fix them saying our laptop has be shipped from one place to the other. I truly believe they have lost my laptop and won't give me a clear answer. I regret not going with the other company I got a quote from first.
