  Mike, store manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and warm. Great customer service all around and the store looks great. We’re very pleased with our experience.

  Respect for the customer and proper cultural behavior are fundamental to every person. I don't know who trains people to work at Best Buy, especially in customer service, if they don't know the basic principles of sales and customer behavior. A good example is young Husain working at the cash register. Someone please explain to this boy , that his arrogance and lack of respect for customers and the elderly should be displayed elsewhere. This store is a company owned and operated and represents a brand – a thousand of stores , not some "private practice that he confuses with milking sheep or feeding camels"... Otherwise, you can't talk to such a low-brow boy. And I'd like to thank the manager and staff for better training in even the basic principles of working with customers and in-store service. I once employed people at the company and conducted training in the psychology of marketing, sales, customer service, and customer behavior. I know how inappropriate people and behavior can impact a brand and sales results.....

  I purchased this LG TV from Best Buy in December 2025, but after only a short period of use it stopped working properly. The TV powers on, but the screen only shows a white/blank display. I am very disappointed with the quality because a TV should last much longer than this.

  I’d give this store a rating a -10 if I could. Lousy customer service by Riaz who works here. Thomas N the manager has a horrible attitude and did not resolve anything. Seeing as how he’s a manager, I can see why the employees are dismissive and rude.

  So I went in to Best Buy to view some products in searching for someone to help me several people with blue shirts pass me by not even having eye contact with me the only person who I approached or actually approached me in the beginning was someone who did not work there but worked for another company service in theirs and they were very helpful customer service at this place particularly this place in Skokie is terrible they have no business working if they don't know customer service and that's all up to their supervisors and managers which are very Very poorly trained in how to get this done so what if all their sales are done online who cares
