HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - GREG was dismissive and extremely UNHELPFUL/RUDE
TIMELINE OF EVENTS:
- son calls at 5:19PM to set up appointment
- 6:15PM STAFF CAN NOT FIND APPOINTMENT & makes us WAIT "60-75 MINUTES"
- 7:20 Checked in and waited ANOTHER 40 MINUTES BEFORE BEING SEEN
-8:01 Finally helped AFTER STORE CLOSES
-8:02 told they can't do ANYTHING FOR ME
-8:03 explaining the situation to GREG THE MANAGER WHO EXPLAINED TO ME IT IS " NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR FOR THE BACK OF THE APPLE WATCH TO FALL OFF"
The professionalism and hospitality in this store are EXTREMELY lacking. I had to wait basically 3 hours to get 20 seconds of information due to POOR COMMUNICATION AND IMPROPER STAFFING. The sales associate and very RUDE and DISMISIVE manager GREG were trying to put blame on the consumer (Me) asking me if I "shower/go to the gym/cook" with my watch as an attempt to put the blame on me.
For reference: my apple watch was bought in NOV 2022 and the back adhesive had worn off which made me come into the store in which the events above ^^ occurred.
They wanted me to pay over $300 for a NEW watch and would not even offer to fix it! Both pieces and the main motherboard are in tact and when I asked for the manager they made it seem like it was normal and at the fault of my own actkons?!
- No Cracks
- LESS THAN 4 years old
- only issues are with adhesive
When I asked for GREG the manager he explained how "it's completely normal for the back of the apple watch to fall off due to wear and tear" and the "best" he could do was 10% off which wouldn't even have covered the taxes!!
Once i said I would just go to my cell phone provider they started to get desperate for me to just buy it at their location "it's cheaper here"
Yeah maybe for you guys to sell to me directly but NOT FOR ME
If I could rate my experieonce ZERO stars I would.
Would not recommend and I would NOT be returning!!

Zero stars if possible. The receptionist and techs don't have a clue where the customers with appointments are. Had a scheduled appt waited an hour and never saw any tech for my issue and gave up. Avoid this store.

It is only one of the Apple stores in area. The place needs to function in a more way organized. Designate places and tables with numbering so the reps would know where to meet the guests. It is a disaster when the reps don't find you while you still in store.

We had a great experience at the Apple Store thanks to Tim. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Tim took the time to understand our needs and guided us through the options, making it much easier to choose the right MacBook.
He explained everything clearly without any pressure, which we really appreciated. Excellent customer service — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.
Thanks again, Tim, for making our visit so smooth and enjoyable!
I
This store is not it. I brought in my computer (a little over a year old) because it wasn’t working, and they let me know it wasn’t my fault and that it was a fault on Apple’s end. John told me the “brain” had failed. We discussed repair costs, and he suggested a workaround: buy a new Apple product, add AppleCare to that purchase, and then use it to cover my computer repair. He made it sound straightforward and even noted it in the system, so we trusted his guidance.
Since I was in need of a new phone anyway, we went ahead and bought one, expecting everything to work as promised. When the phone arrived, I made an appointment at the Apple Store and asked to speak with John since he knew the situation. Instead, I was assigned to someone else and had to explain everything all over again. John was there but completely ignored us, which honestly felt like he knew the situation had been mishandled.
After going through the entire process again, I was told that AppleCare could not be applied to my computer the way John had described they said “I don’t know what John told you”. I explained that this wasn’t hearsay—it was written in the notes—but they kept repeating that it was “not guaranteed.” If John had told me from the beginning that this wasn’t guaranteed, I would not have gone this route at all. When I tried to show them the notes on my phone, they brushed me off without actually reading them. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.
On top of that, the manager or supervisor (I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly rude and unwilling to listen. In the end, I returned the phone because I felt misled just to make a sale. If this wasn’t possible, they should have been upfront from the beginning instead of giving me false expectations.
Very disappointing experience overall.
