    The employees here don’t help anyone at all and waste time I was here for like 4 hours and got barely any help left with nothing and a refund save ur time nd go somewhere else Best Buy would have better service then them the employees here making you lose customers including Juliana she says false leading information and has no idea what she’s doing

    MICHELLE AND ROB are horrible employees claiming they are managers Apple requeries professionalism and patience these rude employees do not need to be working here they are losing your customers. I did not want to speak to Michelle anymore and as I told her she’s getting all in my face and saying I’m talking to you, girl I don’t care who your talking to if I don’t want to speak to a horrible unprofessional employee then I don’t want to. I’ve came here for 4 days straight this isn’t the first time she’s acted this way she’s been this way she has such a rude demeanor and rude way of talking we were nice the first few days even when she kept being rude to us ur not entitled just because your a manager which obviously your not capable of being .

    Very disappointed with the unprofessional level of customer service from sales staff and management at this store. If you can avoid using this store then don’t use this store! There was a 3hr wait for me to speak with a technician for my existing phone, and after arriving at my allotted appointment time, I still had to wait over an hour to see a technician! I was then referred to a sales woman after deciding the old phone was not worth fixing, and the girl told me there was no time for her to sell me a phone if I am transferring a number to a new phone, despite it being an hour and a half before closing!! For the record, I was done and out of the store 15 mins before closing, AND there were still a ton of other customers in the store. She did not offer to show me any phones, just very rudely asked me if I knew what I wanted. After buying the phone I had to make a request to have everything transferred from the old phone to the new phone, and when I spoke to management to see if there are any deals on accessories or if she can grant some kind of discount since I have been a customer for over 15 years, all she said was that she was more than happy to give me a refund on the phone I had just purchased!! Aside from the “genius” technicians the staff and management overall are very rude and very unhelpful! Don’t shop there unless you really have to, but prepare to be disappointed by the way you are treated!

    I booked a Genius Bar appointment to have my MacBook checked out. I arrived 8 minutes late, admitted I was late, but was checked in without a problem or comment. I was told to wait at the Genius Bar table, and someone would help me. I wait 10 minutes. Nothing. I wait 20 minutes. Nothing. The people to my left and right who sat down after me have been helped. I wait 30 minutes. Nothing. Not even eye contact or a check to make sure I've been helped. Meanwhile, I see clusters of Apple employees talking to each other, walking right past me, working near me, and not even acknowledging that I'm there. I didn't receive any text, email, or phone update stating my appointment has been delayed or rescheduled or anything. No contact or communication at all for 30 minutes. I was short on time; I needed to go back to work afterwards. Finally, I got up to find an employee and explain my situation, and they point me to the manager. I explain my situation to the manager, and he takes me to the Genius Bar himself and starts my appointment immediately (40 minutes past my original scheduled appointment time) before having someone else take over. From there, the whole appointment (diagnostics and repair) took 15 minutes! What a frustrating waste of my time. The only reason I'm not giving this location 1 star is because of how kind, patient, helpful, and professional the manager, Reggie, was when I went to talk to him. Apple stores used to be much more efficient and helpful and less apathetic; I don't know what has happened.

    Schedule battery replacement appt not going to get replacement same date at all even you scheduled at least a week ahead because they not going to preorder a battery even they know you have an appointment and they don’t have stock. Once you check in the appt, they do test on your phones then telling you battery no stock and you need to come back drop the phone after they send you email that battery ready. And when you got that email you only have 5 days to get it replaced. Or you need to call them to extend the deadline for you. This is super inconvenient at all. We didn’t know you not even get ready for appt until we check in. Their reason not get battery ready prior because some people do not show. I understand, but what about those customers do show? If you not get the battery ready, then what the purpose we schedule appt ahead? Super waste time that we need to go there at least twice. And 2nd time visit, they gave me wrong phone! I haven’t seen my phone without case for years, so I totally forgot my color is purple and that one not even purple at all. But gladly I noticed a chip at the corner. I told them there wasn’t a chip in the corner when I gave my phone to them. The lady showed me the pictures and told me there was a chip then she walked away. I suddenly not sure about it. But then I think it’s ain’t right. If there was a chip, how come I didn’t notice? How come I notice right away now? So I stopped her and told her again that there was no chip and asked her to show me pictures again. I told her, those were reflection from the lights. And your pictures are blurry! I kept telling her this ain’t right. It was perfect when I gave them. Then she went to ask someone else, and she suddenly said “wrong phone sorry”. She then gave me my phone which is the one without chip and everything was perfect! To be honest, I didn’t check if the phone was mine because I thought this is the basic that Apple should be able to identify each phone and not going to mix the phones. But I was fully wrong. This location not only not professional to customers’ appts but also not professional at returning the phones. So be careful when you get your phone back. Make sure you check it this is your phone before you walk out.
