Extremely disappointed with a place that has many staff but is very slow. My order was scheduled for 6 pm, and I had to wait until after 7 pm when the staff said it would be ready before 8 pm. Unfortunately, it still hadn't arrived by 8 pm, and they didn't give a clear reason. We had to rearrange our schedules and work commitments, but we waited far too long and still didn't receive our order. I will never return to this place!

I came at 7.15 (store closes at 8) and a guy on the door told me he doesn't have time for me. Great service👌

The person who helped me was great. But the wait times for pick up and to get someone to help you is ridiculously long. Very frustrating experience.
