They resolved my issue immediately, were extremely efficient and responsive, and, on top of that, everyone was very friendly and helpful. A great experience overall!

Even though several people were waiting, he never acknowledged us or mentioned that we needed to register online before being seen. When it was finally my turn, he told me I had to register online and said my Dyson hair dryer would take a long time to inspect. I left feeling confused and disappointed. Then Mike stepped in. He immediately apologized for the situation, took care of my hair dryer himself, and told me it would only take about five minutes. He handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude while efficiently helping everyone who was waiting. Mike completely turned my experience around. Dyson is lucky to have an employee like him. Thank you, Mike, for your excellent customer service!
