  Don’t wait bring your Dyson (anything) here! I inherited a Dyson Animal from my Mom. It’s so old but works great! The side wheel casing fell off and as a “retired “ model the service tech (Brandon) told me they may not have parts for it. Well I was in luck and I got the last one of 3 of three left!! He put it on and checked my model out for how it’s running & he even wiped it down - it looks fantastic! Do yourself a favor and come see this shop they are super heros !!

  25Jun2026 1:54p Jeff adhered to the warranty and replaced Supersonic R Pro, and discounted the Dyson - Spot+Scrub Ai Wet and Dry Robot Vacuum - Matched Black/Blue 20%. Additionally Jeff was able to throw in an extra filter. He was so kind to load it into the vehicle. Remarkably clean and very versatile location. Highly recommend!

  Fantastic service. Kind and attentive staff. They got me a charger replacement for 29 dollars. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

  I visited Friday morning and was assigned Mike. I was concerned when I saw a line building but grateful I was early and second in line. I brought a hairdryer which stopped working. Mike was very professional and courteous. He didn't make me feel like it was my problem and helped me move forward. I fully expected a disagreement and I was met with respect and a collaborative feeling that he was really there to make my problems go away. Lately I haven't been used to that levers of service for any retailer or provider. Mike was phenomenal so glad he's on the Dyson team!
