  This place is an absolute joke. The wait time even right at opening is 1hour . If you come later expect to wait 3hrs . I can’t even been satisfied here and to be honest I’m starting to switch all my Apple devices to something else . They suck

  3rd time awful service, made an appointment for service. Came on time and they say 6 hour for battery replacement at the end of a process and asked me come back next 5 days without appointment they would take me in. Came back today and they saying I would need physical ID to pick up my phone which they never mentioned on my previous visits. Look like they try to have you give up so that they have less workflow.

  Shoutout to Irene at Apple Woodfield for keeping her cool during total chaos last week. A major new software launch completely tanked the store's entire system, turning the place into a nightmare and pushing appointments out for days. While the retail techs were stuck on the front lines dealing with a tech disaster, I noticed a bunch of corporate suits/higher-ups just standing in the back, watching them sweat. It’s wild how the people making the big bucks have absolutely zero clue what it’s actually like to be in the trenches. Drives me crazy. Instead of panicking or getting defensive, Irene was out there being incredibly kind and patient with frustrated customers who couldn't get their tech fixed that day. We really need to start hyping up employees like Irene. When a multi-billion dollar company's system crashes, it is never the fault of the retail staff just trying to make a living, yet they're the ones who have to take the heat. Irene handled corporate's mess with pure grace. To anyone walking into a tech store: be kind to the staff. They didn't break the software, but they're the ones dealing with the fallout. Irene, you deserve a massive raise. I’m requesting Irene everytime at Woodfield 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

  Jamison was an amazing help!!! We were hosting a conference at thr Renaissance hotel and one of our attendees go locked out of his phone and he was in a complete panic. Jamison talked him through everything, no easy feat, and took time to explain it to him and got him back on line. Then he wanted to upgrade and was grateful for additional assi6tinhelp him buy the right device! Jamison was amazing, patient and super knowledgeable!! Thank you for being his savior during a stressful time.

  Today I visited the Apple Store with my son, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service we received. We came with an unusual issue regarding my son’s Beats headphones, and the consultant immediately treated our situation with care, patience, and professionalism. Together with the manager, he quickly helped us resolve the issue and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They were both incredibly attentive, understanding, and genuinely caring. Thank you for taking the time to help us and for providing such an excellent customer experience. It truly made a positive impression on us.🤍
