No eye contact, it was awkward and he became very defensive when my husband brought it up and he started hyperventilating. We left and went to the other Round Lake store for assistance

Than waited and I was told I couldn't pay my phone bill because I did not have my id .... I have never been carded at any other cricket to pay my phone .... Who comes in and pays my phone bill besides me .... Nobody!!! And if someone did... Could t do anything without my 4 digit pin anyways .... I won't be going there again. Went to another cricket was in and out of the store and I didn't get carded there .
