  Good afternoon. Nancy who help us buying a new phone for my sister. Was very helpful and have a great attitude. She explained very good the difference between phones and explained new plans. Very good customers service.

  Just left the E. State location. The younger Hispanic gentleman did not help us with a new phone purchase. We had to ask all of our questions to which we received an I don’t know response. We ended up leaving without purchasing. Please consider putting reps in your store that DO in fact know about the phones you are selling. Also, the “upgrade” we were offered was on a 40.00 phone that was going to cost us 80.00. No thank you.

  Zero stars if I could. I went in to Cricket to see if I can get my photos from my old Cricket phone to my new Cricket phone and she acted like how dare I ask if I didn't get the phone there and that's what my $25 activation fee was for and she can't touch my phone. Then turned around to another customer like I was invisible. All I wanted was a suggestion on how to transfer my pics over. Don't go to East State...
