  if i could give this place 0 stars.I was looking thru my pups medical records and they labeled all three of my dogs aggressive when i had no incidents with them at the vet. none of the vets notified me that my pups were giving them a hard time. they also recommended a medication to give my dog and which i declined because i had done prior research too and they told me the risks were low which they were not. they just want your money at the end of the day. they push for fear mongering in order to get unnecessary vaccines.

  They treated our family dog with the utmost care during his last few moments here. I cannot thank Dr. Halie the techs and staff enough.

  We gave our business to these people for nearly 8 years until they became too expensive. We paid $800 a year for insurance for 8 years. Our last visit for an ear infection cost $600 with the "so called" insurance. We asked to cancel the insurance and was told " you cant" WE STOPPED PAYING BECAUSE WE NO LONGER WANTED TO GIVE VCA WORTH PET HOSPITAL OUR BUSINESS. CLOWNS HAD THE NERVE TO SEND US TO COLLECTIONS. BBB NEXT STOP COREY AND NICOLE HUGHES

  Don’t be late for your appointment because they will cancel it. After adopting a dog from a shelter in another state I received a free check-up from VCA. They called me every day until I made an appointment at this one, closest to (but not anywhere near, where I live. I was 7 minutes late and they told me my appt had been canceled. What a waste of time for both VCA and I.
