  If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Don't take your animal here unless you want to get ripped off bc everything they do is overpriced. They charge literally double to triple for all their services. I took my dog there for 12yrs and he didn't have a heartworm test or vaccines there this year bc they're overpriced. They stopped dispensing his heartworm medicine bc they claimed he was overdue. So then they told me if I have heartworm results sent to them via another animal hospital they would start dispensing his medicine again. I did that, and then they gave me some BS about how they couldn't dispense the medicine bc he needed an examine. It's basically just a cash grab with this place. You will see if you take your dog there for yearly physical examine and full vaccination is $500-600 hundred dollars. These people are literally OUT OF THEIR MINDS!!! Don't waste your money here bc they're literally no better than any other veterinarian. Over priced doesn't necessarily mean better care. They have too many doctors and employees on staff obviously and their taxes are probably really high so they try to compensate by overcharging people. 12yrs of business and that's how I was treated. I dropped THOUSANDS of dollars there over the yrs everytime my dog was sick, or hurt, or needed his yearly vaccines. All I wanted was simple monthly heartworm medicine.

  I wish I had an option putting a 0, I had a pet who was very ill and weak which allowed her to not move at all, I made an appointment with this vet and put my hope on this vet, only for them to tell me that the doctor that treats my pet was on a vacation and that he will be back on August 10th and mind you I made an appointment on July 20th and I tried telling is there anyway to book an appointment earlier but no they kept telling me that the doctor is on break and may she rest in peace my pet died and the vet had the audacity to cancel the appointment on me suddenly, they couldn’t do a thing not even tell me what to do and help at all. I can’t believe I relied on this vet to help out and care for my pet but ended completely ghosting us and cancel on us. They did such a great job with helping and caring for animals that are ill.

  if i could give this place 0 stars.I was looking thru my pups medical records and they labeled all three of my dogs aggressive when i had no incidents with them at the vet. none of the vets notified me that my pups were giving them a hard time. they also recommended a medication to give my dog and which i declined because i had done prior research too and they told me the risks were low which they were not. they just want your money at the end of the day. they push for fear mongering in order to get unnecessary vaccines.

  They treated our family dog with the utmost care during his last few moments here. I cannot thank Dr. Halie the techs and staff enough.
