Gus is hands down the best Apple employee I've ever dealt with. From the moment he started helping me, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving my problem. He fixed my phone perfectly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His patience, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service truly exceeded my expectations. Apple is lucky to have someone like Gus on their team. Thank you, Gus, for providing the best service I've ever received at Apple!

If I can give this location zero stars I would, I bought a Brand-new iPad and it became unusable immediately due to an Apple Account security hold. Apple Support and the Apple Store were unable to resolve it or provide anything beyond a 7–10 day wait with no way to expedite. Extremely frustrating experience with no clear escalation or immediate solution after purchase. Extremely rude staff and no one is willing to help. They made their money through purchase. After that you are on your own. Very disappointing service from a large well established corporation. Ridiculous!

Apple Store in Orland Park, Illinois.
My first appointment was scheduled for 6:15 PM. I arrived approximately one hour early, around 5:15 PM, and checked in. The employee asked what I was there for, and I explained that I needed the back glass of my iPhone replaced because it was cracked. I even showed them the damage. I was told they would note the reason for my visit, but that I would need to check in again closer to my appointment time.
I remained in the store until it was time to check in. When I checked in again, another employee informed me that they would not be able to complete the repair because it would take approximately two to three hours, and the store would be closing before the repair could be finished. He told me he would come back to help me reschedule. I waited an additional 20 minutes, but he never returned.
Eventually, another employee approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I explained that I was waiting for someone to return and help me schedule another appointment. She looked at her tablet and told me the next available appointment was Wednesday, but that I could also try walking in.
At that point, I was frustrated. I had arrived an hour early, clearly explained the repair I needed, and the employees knew exactly why I was there. If the repair could not be completed that evening because of the amount of time required, I should have been informed immediately instead of waiting through my appointment only to be turned away.
Today, I returned as a walk-in at approximately 10:30 AM. I explained once again that I needed the back glass replaced. I was told the next available appointment was 12:30 PM, and I agreed to wait. I spent those two hours in and around the mall before returning for my appointment.
When I finally met with the technician, I was then informed that the replacement part was not in stock and would have to be ordered. This means I now have to make a third trip to the store and spend additional time waiting for the repair.
Overall, I have spent approximately four to five hours over two separate visits, not including the driving time, without having any repair completed. The store is about a 30-minute drive each way from my home, making each visit roughly an hour of travel on top of the waiting time.
What is most disappointing is that this could have been avoided with better communication. During my first visit, when I arrived early and explained exactly what repair I needed, the store could have determined whether the part was in stock and, if necessary, ordered it at that time. Likewise, during my second visit, I could have been informed immediately that the part was unavailable instead of waiting two hours for an appointment only to learn that the repair could not proceed.
I understand that parts are sometimes unavailable and repairs cannot always be completed the same day. My frustration is not with the need to order the part, but with the lack of communication and planning that resulted in multiple unnecessary trips, several hours of waiting, and a significant amount of wasted time.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not experience the same inconvenience.

Brown and Black people stay away from this store and there products.I made appt. From monday this week for today at 445pm. In detail i got approval from customer service that i needed accomplish with my 2 apple mini ipad. My first contact was with a white male associate with big black oversize earings in his earlobe. He was very rude after i checked in. He didnt listen to my appointment request. He keep repeating saying we do not transfer data from iphone to iphone if you didnt purchase in store, mind you i kept saying it is ipad not a cell phone. Unbehold his manager was standing next to him and never intervine to assist. I then ask for a manager, Dina Drakes stepped then, while i was trying to explain she cut me off and repeated the same thing the associated said to me. I then got fustrated and ask for her credentials to start a formal complaint
She went to back of store to retrieve her buisness card. When she approach me i put my cellphone to audio record and caution her what i was doing. I started to fact check her and said why would apple customer service make me a appt. To drive 2hrs. to store for a service that you are denying me. Her response was we not doing this today. I want you out of my store now. She then went over to security and told me i had to leave the store now. I said i am not leaving until the manager give me a statement on record. DINA DRAKES, then said she is going to call the police to have me removed from the store for trespassing. Lets make her famous and boycott this store until we be treated fairly and respectfully.
PS my communte was a 2hr. drive to the store.
445pm to 512pm was the time of incident on 6/6/26 Saturday.
