  I came in for a Genius Bar appointment and initially there was no one there to greet or direct me, so I had to look around for assistance myself. I eventually approached Doug, who was standing at a computer. I was literally beside him and said “excuse me” several times, and he completely ignored me without any acknowledgment. It was rude and unprofessional. Even if he was occupied, a simple “someone will be with you shortly” would have been basic courtesy. Xavi later assisted me and was excellent: attentive, respectful, thorough, and genuinely helpful. When I returned later, Chanel was also very kind and helpful. I only later learned that Doug is actually one of the managers, which made the interaction even more disappointing. I would expect a manager, especially, to model better customer service.

  First experience at this store as a long time Apple customer. I went to pick up an order. It wasn't good. Whoever the woman is who I dealt with was rude as hell - barking out orders like I was her employee. I understand that Apple stores get very busy and the employees need to manage things efficiently. But there is a way to do it while maintaining politeness, rather than ordering people around like they are there to serve you. She called myself and another guy up to the counter to scan our pickup codes. There was a woman seated at the smart bar, next to where she was. She scanned us and then immediately ordered us, and not politely, "Guys back up. I don't want you hovering over the lady!" When my order was ready, she set it down. It literally hadn't sat there for two seconds, and she barks at me, "Go ahead!" because apparently I didn't pick it up fast enough and she wasn't having it. Not sure how people like this keep their jobs, especially with Apple, who usually provides excellent customer service.

  I’ve been an Apple customer since 2007, and this was by far the worst service experience I’ve had with Apple. I brought my working iPhone 15 Pro to Apple Orland Square for a battery replacement after receiving a battery service notification. Apple’s own paperwork shows the issue was battery health and that the phone had no visible damage. After the repair attempt, I was told they had tried multiple batteries because the phone no longer started properly and kept resetting. I was then handed the phone back in a nonworking condition. The repair was later escalated from a battery replacement to a mid-system or logic board repair, and I was told the store was ordering both additional parts and a replacement phone because they couldn’t guarantee the parts would fix the issue. Since then, I’ve had to deal with multiple AppleCare cases, a disconnected Senior Advisor call, and repeated attempts to get a clear answer. What made the situation even more frustrating was that AppleCare representatives told me they couldn’t reach Apple Orland Square directly and then asked me to call the store because they couldn’t get through themselves. I have also had difficulty reaching the store. I still have the same nonworking phone and no clear resolution. I also came in with an Apple Watch concern involving inconsistent ECG readings and was told I needed to contact another department. On top of all of that, parts of the store’s employee-access area were visibly filthy, including a heavily soiled door and kickplate. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I brought Apple a functioning phone for battery service. I expect Apple to either restore it properly or replace it and take ownership of what happened. Extremely disappointing experience from a company I’ve used for nearly 20 years.

  Had an appointment, waited over half an hour with no acknowledgment after being told to wait at the table just to be told my phone needed to stay overnight for a repair. Staff wasn’t necessarily rude, but definitely the entire process was inefficient and the service is terrible. Would’ve been easier if I had gotten a time estimate on the service beforehand and had more clarity. Time wasters to say the least

  I understand that they repaired my phone, but when I came in to tell him what was going on, I was told to be quiet and listen. I’m sorry when you have a right to degrade me just cause you work for Apple Store. You weren’t listening to anything I said, your store manager was a joke as well I will be contacting corporate on this. You guys told me for months. There was nothing wrong with my phone, but then had to change out my logic board, but it’s OK don’t worry I will go to a different Apple and purchase a new phone. Do not go here any cause they make you feel super stupid. They’re disrespectful and the people that do work there we’re not there today. Who have actually taken care of me and I appreciate them.
