  I have been bringing my dog to VCA Forest South for over 10 years, and I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care he has received. Dr. Wilde and Dr. B are phenomenal providers who have always treated my dog with compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern. Brittany at the front desk is also an absolute gem. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist, and I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and willingness to help. Unfortunately, my experiences with the manager, Kelly, have been very different. I have found her interactions to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, which is disappointing given how long I have been a loyal client of this practice. If it were not for the outstanding care my dog receives from the veterinarians and the exceptional assistance from staff members like Brittany, I would seriously reconsider continuing to patronize this location. I hope management takes concerns regarding customer service seriously, because the wonderful clinical team deserves to be supported by an equally professional and courteous management experience.

  On 9/11/2026 I brought Nashville in because he seemed to have something stuck in his mouth. The ladies up front got a technician to look at Nashville and remove a small stick from his mouth. I want to thank you for all your help.

  This VCA animal hospital in Olympia Fields is a BOTTOM FEEDER. This is The worst animal hospital that I have ever been in. They can never give you an answer to your question. They never give you the help that you need. I asked for a price and they said that they would get back to me. They never did. I asked to see the doctor, they said he is busy. I asked for him to call me and he never did. I recently experienced a situation where I needed to speak with the doctor. My pet was very sick. I called and asked for just 5 minutes for some medical advice. They said he was busy. They told me I would have to make an appointment which was two weeks later. Unfortunately my dog never got the help that she needed from this hospital. She ended up passing away before the scheduled appointment. They had the nerve to call to confirm this appointment a week later. I told them that I didn’t need the appointment. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, my dog died waiting to seethe doctor.

  I brought my neighbor's dog, for whom I have been providing financial and care assistance, to this facility. My neighbor is an elderly individual with a fixed income. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and expertise. The initial visit was reasonably priced, and I will need to schedule a follow-up appointment for additional medication. I am hopeful that the cost will remain manageable, given that the dog is not my own. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly endorse this service for any cherished pet.
