  Ridiculous wait times . I understand we have to wait but why lie and say it will be 1 hour . They text me and I been waiting over 40 minutes inside the store now on top of the 1 hour and still no service. All this for some headphones. If I knew this would take this long I would have never even waited and cut my loss. Will never understand the hype over apple products.I left the store decided my time is more valuable than these headphones.

  This Apple Store had a nice layout. It was quite spacious. It looked like they had a lot of staff. I appreciated that it was at the Oak Brook Center. I thought they had a great location. It looked like they had a lot of great Apple products too.

  Made an appointment online to get a new battery for my iphone 15. I show up and they tell me there's no battery in stock and I'd have to come back in two weeks. What a total waste of time.

  This review is for Elle . She is such a breath of fresh air. Shes friendly and gave excellent service . She was patient and polite with the questions i had on some older Apple products. On the other hand , my mother dealt with Sam . She purchased a few things with him . He wasn’t the friendliest person. He was very short with her when she asked his questions on Apple Watches . Sam may need to sit by the water fountain and touch some grass before his shift .

  Paul a so called manager damn near refused to help claiming he can’t help someone reset Apple password annd he doesn’t have access to people’s accounts and then proceeds to talk down to people as if we were trying to scam someone to get a password reset. My old iPhone broke and screen wouldn’t work so unable to get access to iCloud then purchased a new phone from Verizon and he still refused to help. I have been dealing with this issue for over a month and the account recovery process doesn’t work it has failed 3 times. He kept claiming he has been there for 20 years but has extremely poor manners and can’t possibly be a manager. Do not go to this store it’s a waste of time. Definitely don’t ask Paul for help.
