Great exceptional very knowledgeable and professional SERVICE by a sales associates named Felix. This location has a newish VERY CLEAN vibe and it seems to have more product available IN STORE than the location in Lincolnwood.

They will smartly sneak accessories and protect plan in the bill without your consent. Be wise, the store associates get their commission basis. Pure ROBBERY

The Niles Cricket store is terrific -- I've been there several times in the last few months for help with a failing phone, signing up for overseas services, and most recently a new iPhone. The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming and patient with whatever problem you have -- they make sure to get things done right. Really good service.
