- MCMichael CorpSep 25, 20265.0I definitely recommend VCA Boulder Hill. I have recently been going through some health issues with my dog. Though, we are still trying to determine the exact cause and diagnosis, everyone there has been great Dr Hoffman has be fantastic. She has been compassionate and understanding. She has a genuine desire to help. She is also very good at explaining her recommendations in a easy to understand language. I'm glad we chose VCA Boulder Hill.
- HNHeather NealSep 12, 20265.0I just got a new puppy and when I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Hailer, who had been all of my prior dog's veterinarian (combined total about 20 years), I was disheartened to learn that she was no longer at Boulder Terrace. However, I just saw Dr. Novak this week twice...once for the new puppy and once for my other adult dog for "ain't doing right," and I was very pleased at each visit. I can be somewhat of a helicopter dog parent and she answered all my concerns and questions and her attitude and personality are exactly what I like in a vet. As we know, it's not just about dealing with dogs and cats, it's also dealing with the owners. Finally, the technician was really great too. I really enjoyed the appointments and looking forward to bringing my dogs back for future visits.
- AAAnaiz AguileraJul 31, 20261.0Vet was negligent. I told her it seemed my dog has an Dental Abscesses/infection. She diagnosed my dog with a reaction from insect bite. Gave a Benadryl shot for “immediate relief” ignored all the symptoms. His left face and gums were swollen . He didn't wanna eat or drink water. He was lethargic. I told her “I don't see any insect bites on my dog and he has swollen face/gums, he is drooling excessively ”. She said within five hours he will be OK with shot but he wasn't. I ended up taking him to the emergency room due to the infection getting severe. He had pus coming out from his nose. If you love your pet don’t bring them here. save yourself time and $.
