  Victor was awesome and was great hooking up my girlfriends new iphone. Definitely would recommend going to him. Anytime we need to goto cricket I'm waiting until Victor is at work!

  I had a wonderful experience at The Cricket in Mount Prospect off Algonquin Road. The Sales representative, Berenice was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, truthful and went above and beyond with her service. The otjer sales rep Qlexis was just as wonderful! They both made sure to anwser any questions and even put my new phone together. They put the phone Case on the new phone I bought, amd switched my SD card and sim into the new phone. I was able to get everything I wanted in a phone too

  Great service and very helpful. Did not try and sell me more than I needed. Fast and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend

  Went in to active a new line. There is a refer a friend program. Dude (looked like a manger or an owner) told me that if i add the number to my existing account I'll get the 25 bucks refer a friend credit. Second, I told him I wanted the $40 plan for the new line.. Today I log in to cricket to check my account.. he set it up the plan for the $60 plan. Oh and i opened up chat to confirm my refer a friend credit. Apparently I don't qualify because it has to be a new account. His screw up cost me 45 bucks. Looking at the other reviews this looks like a standard practice there.
