- CPC PJul 26, 20265.0Been a pretty terrible experience with them this week trying to do something as simple as drop a line from my account. Currently they are asking me to pay $28 more because I was told when I went in to add a line and drop a line that the line was dropped. Well it wasn’t. Now they are telling me I have to call customer service and now the problem is that no one in their customer service department seems to want to answer the phone Issue was resolved
