- LLLJul 21, 20265.0I am not tech savvy and Jay really took the time to walk through all of our questions and was SO patient. Not only did he stay past closing one time but he even stayed late past close just to make sure my friend and I were comfortable with the phone! BEST PART YET, Jay let us record him as he walked through step by step so we always had a visual how-to anytime needed! If you or someone you know has a hard time with technology or remembering steps, you can rely ON THIS CRICKET STORE IN PARTICULAR as much as you can rely on a library for help with digital tasks!!!
