  Went to activate two new phones on 7/6/2026 and the representative lied and said that they were locked. I called cricket only to find out that they were not locked.

  I went into this location to activate my replacement phone. I met a service rep by the name of Juan, he was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, personable and patient. He kept me updated throughout the entire process while he got the phone activated, I could not have asked for better service. Thank you again Juan.
