  I wentto replace a lost phone. They said I had to get a new number. The number given was previously attached to someone else's Facebook and other accounts.All their stuff went on my phone. I found old phone. They said that they could return my old number and transfer my info to new phone. My new phone still showed new number. Only my Facebook was transferred to new phone.spent 1hour with customer care who were wonderful. They tried everything to help but failed. They suggestei go to a

  Fantastic place to start over or start fresh. Online data GB usage is just a little bit less than great though. After 22gb of the “unlimited” data it runs slow.

  I was just trying to call to see what iPhones they had cause I know some crickets don't have newer iPhones! Called at 7 online time says they close at 8 pm. She answered the phone and as soon as I asked a question she told me to call customer service because they are closed ?Then why did you answer the phone ? If you didn't want to help me you could have just said that. The rudeness was not necessary. Horrible customer service could have just help me for 2 mins ! Thanks
