  I had an outstanding experience at Cricket Wireless thanks to Muhammad Zaid. I came in needing help transferring my cell phone number from a locked eSIM on a lost phone, which was already a complicated issue. On top of that, I had forgotten the lock screen pattern on my new phone, making the situation even more difficult. Zaid spent over an hour and a half helping me work through everything patiently and professionally until the issue was fully resolved. What impressed me most was how well he handled the entire store while helping me. While my phone was updating, he timed everything perfectly so he could assist other customers, answer questions, and keep things moving. He was friendly and respectful to everyone, and somehow managed to give multiple people great service without making anyone feel ignored or rushed. Zaid gave true white-glove service, but what stood out even more was his sincerity. In a world where it often feels like people are just trying to get through the day, he genuinely seemed to care. My phone issue was fixed, and I left beyond impressed with the experience. I will absolutely recommend Cricket Wireless, and this store in particular, because of Muhammad Zaid. Very satisfied customer.
