- AJAlanna JonesJun 3, 20261.0Terrible establishment , if you really need help go to UrgentVet in joliet , these people stop answering their phone at 5:30pm and say they are closed when online it states 7pm, extremely rude staff , do not care about the animals at all just worried about getting their shift over with is what it seems like, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Wanted to charge me 100$ just to look at my pets tooth and tell me if it was infected or not. The veterinarian was nice, but that’s all. I also confirmed my appointment via the vca app, and they still called my phone multiple times asking me to confirm whether or not I was coming to my appointment. Very annoying experience, from start to finish.
