I broke my phone on Monday August 17th, the day my monthly plan renewed. And I was told I would have to wait until 6 months from now, in December, to get a new phone because I bought my phone in June. @CricketSupport on Twitter said I could be grandfathered into a 90 day policy, but an employee at this location said I had to wait 6 months instead as he did nothing but sigh because I was taking up too much of his time. Now due to their policy, which I was told I should be able to have read, even though it was very very small print on a small screen, I cannot get a refund for the days I did not have service which is nearly the entire month. I was only on Cricket's services for 5 days of this service period because I switched to another provider. I don't think this is fair or right, but they flat out refused to compromise with me on getting a new phone before December or get a refund when I changed providers. I highly recommend you stay clear of this company.
