I would like to express sincere gratitude to Nahum in the auto department for taking the time to explain the pros, cons and capabilities of different security systems, fit me into a tight schedule asap, and ensure I was satisfied with the end result. I had a much worse experience at another auto installer and would absolutely choose to go back to Nahum for future vehicle upgrades.
The worst Best Buy location I have ever been.
The description on webside says one information, and in fact you got fraud with different box content. When I call them to solve the issue, they promise to call back and NEVER CALL BACK.

I wouldn't let my my worst enemy step foot in this store ever again! Nothing like walking in a store looking for an apple watch for my wife , and getting bombarded by an incompetent Verizon poaching vulcher that couldn't undo a wrong ship to address attempted purchase for a no inventory available at store Samsung phone!...Basically the rep saw my flip Samsung on me and went for the moon! Then he couldn't correct his stupid mistake at the store level! Lets just say it took over 10 calls between Bestbuy and Verizon, and hrs of my time to undo the reps ghosting tactic on my current Tmobile phone line! "Why buy the Apple watch directly from Bestbuy when you can have an Apple watch for free with Verizon service"? says the snake Verizon/Best Buy employee! There is not enough words in the english dictionary to explain why Best Buy knows all about the bait and switch sell against their own displayed inventory approach!.... Word of advice! Don't ever fall prey to their unethical tactics by their Verizon employees that work as a third party arrangement there.! Bestbuy allows this behavior because the contract locking deals are their bread and butter sales! They know this poaching behavior happens daily under their roof and turn a blind eye to it! Google ghosting line tactic and you'll thank me bigtime later! Please spread the word for everyone's sake. Finally, don't even try calling the physical store directly unless you like robotic only conversations that land you nowhere!

I get it, there was a sign that said "No Pokemon Cards." I saw it, I can't go in and ask? I hope the lady that gave me attitude I hope the lady in the front never has a question at a store ever. It's funny how her own co-worker had to stand in between me and her because it seemed like she wanted to escalate it lol. I get it maybe people have gotten annoying over the cards, but that has nothing to do with me I just asked a question. I work in customer service with a lot of people. if I got mad everytime somebody asked me a question I probably shouldn't be working there or should take a really long vacation.
Went in looking for a printer and decided to browse around the store a little bit I was a little disappointed that I found the same printer $30 cheaper somewhere else however most of the other items that I was looking at seemed reasonably priced staff was very helpful and I was to ask several times if I needed any assistance for someone is who isn't sure about what they're looking for or if it will work for what they're looking for it's a good place to go just because of the customer service.
