  Staff is friendly, helpful. I needed a screen replaced. My screen was not in stock; not the complaint. It was offered to switch my Sim card into another one of my phones on hand. I accepted, hoping it would work out until I could find a new screen. It was not successful; not the complaint. I left to get the phone screen replaced elsewhere. Once I could see the screen again, I put it on a charger, slow charging when it's usually 3hrs until full. I noticed the Sim card was not reading as well. Resets didn't work and aren't working. It's currently not responding to chargers anymore as well. The blame was placed on the business that replaced the screen. The business that replaced the screen showed that changing a cracked screen wouldn't require them to touch the Sim port, the charging area, and showed me the connections for each are intact. It's a mess! I just want my phone to work like before I came to this business.

  Rescued a computer that had a dying hard drive. Was able to mirror the drive that wouldn’t even boot properly. Saved everything and installed an SSD for a great price. Top notch service and great people to boot. No pun intended. Couldn’t have asked for better all the way around.

  Absolutely spectacular service, everyone was welcoming and pleasing to communicate my troubles with. Phone screen broke and was unable to use my device. Only took one hour to make priority and was relatively well priced for the work on the device. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone who isn’t familiar with devices and needs assistance.

  I needed a TON of text messages extracted and Amy and Bill were an absolute pleasure to work with for this process!! It wound up being a full day for them and there are not enough words to express my gratitude for their services! Extremely kind and personable, and so very helpful!
