  They make you wait 40 minutes before being seen for appointments but when you’re reasonable late 8 to 10 minutes, your appointment gets canceled. I was already having second thoughts about the place due to the lack of cleanness, the doctors contradictory diagnosis, with this inconsideration, I’m am for sure, never coming back.

  Brought my dog here a couple years back after she got attacked by another dog- they brought her in the back to look at the wound and then proceeded to do work without telling me about it and giving me an estimate for said work. Overlooked it because she needed it taken care of either way, but extremely abnormal and I've never had a vet or grooming facility conduct any work or give any treatment without talking to me prior. Especially considering it costed over $500 for her whole appointment. I called about a week back wanting to bring her in just for a nail trim, and was told no unless I paid for an exam also... Again, extremely abnormal, never have I heard of this before anywhere. She is fully up to date on all vaccines and has a regular vet that she sees routinely. Documents would show that. It doesn't take a vet to check an animal out just to cut the nails. Also always had a vet tech cut the nails. Definitely money hungry as a lot of other comments stated. $100 for a vet exam AND then the cost of the nail trim JUST for a nail trim.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Ray the vet tech. I brought in my rescue dog, Scotty, for an exam and was worried about his reaction. Ray was incredible at building trust with him, ensuring the visit went smoothly. The entire staff was highly professional and answered all my questions. Thank you for the excellent care!

  Dr Biss is Awesome. He takes the time to explain everything clearly to his clients. He gives you options and never makes you feel pressure. He's a Vet that cares.

  Me cancelaron una cita que cubría chequeo y vacunas cuando aún tenía plan para mis Yorkies y me reprogramaron otra cita vengo y dicen ya se venció tu plan es ingusto las traego a cita y dicen ya no tienes tu plan que cada mes pagaba x cada una si quieres pagaras 300 x cada una les dije lo que pasó y solo dicen oh te informaron mal cuando ellos me cancelaron mi cita todo los medicamentos caros nunca tienen cita si es emergencia te mandan a otro hospital NO vale la pena piénsenlo muy bien si quieren traer a sus mascotas aquí NO lo recomiendo.
