  Super friendly staff! No matter the time they’re always there to help! Answer all of our questions and concerns even when we took our furry babies out of precaution! Or when we lost one of them they gave us all the time we needed to finally say good bye and let her go! Furever grateful for that moment with them!

  I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years. At my most recent visit, the vet tech Molly was so kind and professional. I saw Dr. Wischmeyer and she was absolutely wonderful. She was professional and genuinely caring. She took the time to go over everything with me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the recommendations for my dog’s care. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that she truly cared about my pet’s well-being. I’m so grateful for the compassionate care and would highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy team!

  We just had a great experience here. Our regular vet was booked, but our cat had symptoms that I didn't think could wait. Luckily VCA had an opening when I looked online, and I was able to bring in my cat just a few hours after booking. The facility is very comfortable and super clean. The reception area is laid out in a way that allows guests to separate their pets and still walk to where they need to go, check out, etc. The reception staff were friendly, happy, and immediately greeted us when we entered. Our tech was likewise awesome and friendly, and listened to our concerns. Because of my cat's symptoms, the tech took her out of the exam room to the back area for the examination. The vet, Dr. Bonam, later kindly and thoroughly explained his diagnosis and we discussed immediate and longer-term treatment. We felt like all our concerns were heard, even if they might not have been entirely related to the problem at hand. Dr. B. still listened and engaged with us as laypeople. Overall, I am not sure I have ever been to a clinic where everyone - from reception through techs and the doctor - all had such great bedside skills. Cost-wise, I think the price was reasonable. The exam might have cost a little more than our usual vet, but I didn't want to wait for our usual vet. (I equate the visit with human "urgent care" rather than a regular visit or an ER visit, so I think the price was appropriate.) And again, the customer service was fantastic. Thank you, VCA!

  This place is very rude even the doctors I took my dog here they couldn't figure out what was wrong with her only the bacteria I spent 1200 for them to say that and she still is having problems I brought my dog back here because she still had issues and they put me all the way back of the list I had to wait like 2 or 3 hours to be seen I thought this place was good because I had my other dog here when he was passing away they was nice and caring but never again I go here all they want is money money money I called them to do a follow up they was still rude talking about oh you have to bring your dog in what you talking about I been in out of this place they juice out all my money but yet still can't figure out what's the problem I hate this place

  I can't say enough wonderful things about the team here. We brought our cat, Poe, in for an emergency dental visit, and everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. A special thank you to Cheri, the ER Client Liaison, who was there for both intake and discharge, answered all of our questions, and even helped us get established with the general practice for follow-up dental care that same week. Dr. Scott Wood took excellent care of Poe during his emergency tooth extraction, and Dr. Grace Wischmeyer was just as thorough and caring, taking the time to explain every step of Poe's treatment and answer all of our questions. After years of searching for a knowledgeable, compassionate veterinary team, we've finally found one. We'll gladly drive the hour to bring both of our cats here. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Poe!
