This is a review about customer service not merchandise: My husband and I fully intended to buy a washer/dryer the day we walked in the store (our current machines are ancient and the latch on the dryer door is broken). The guy who greeted us in the front was very friendly and told us he’d call back to appliances and let them know we were coming. So we started looking at washers & dryers and after a good 15 minutes no one had come over yet so we went looking for someone. We found a guy whose response when asked for assistance was MUCH less than enthusiastic, in fact he seemed really annoyed that we even bothered him, so we left and decided to buy a washer/dryer elsewhere.

Can we please have the sales people learn to back off, I know it's not entirely their fault as their employers are telling them to approach us but we were approached by 4 different sales people trying to advertise their promo/sales/credit card in less than 5 minutes(IF THAT)Upon entering the building, after the first time we say "no, thank you" that should be the end of it, not bombard us with more sales people. Unpleasant and excessive, when we knew as a group what we wanted to buy and get out.

Employee told me to wipe my laptop. Then they still couldn't help me.
I brought my laptop in for an exchange. The counter rep told me I needed to factory reset it first. I did it right there in the store. Walked back to the same rep — suddenly the system wouldn't allow the exchange. He sent me to the Geek Squad desk. Geek Squad and the store manager told me it has to be sent out for repair.
I explained the problem in detail to the store manager who has the power to simply continue with store credit. "I'm sorry, I'm not going to do that" was his reply.
All of this happened in a single visit. Three different answers, zero resolution. I wiped my entire computer based on an employee's instructions, and now I'm stuck setting it all back up with nothing to show for it.
No accountability. No apology. No solution.
Filing a BBB complaint. If you're bringing a device here, get everything in writing before you touch it.
