  Very extremely disappointed at this location and especially the manager on duty this was the worst experience that I’ve ever had in an Apple Store. I came in to exchange an iPhone for an iPhone Pro Max. And I was willing to pay the extra money to get the better phone be due to the fact, the battery quality was poor on the air and went into the store and associate was helping me to process the exchange when suddenly one of the managers came there and refused to return my phone, even though I was within the return policy and The associate process the return and put the money on the gift card for the return. Manager indicated to me that he will cancel that gift card and canceled the transaction so I left the store went to another location to return my phone and to purchase another phone and they told me that I have to give them the phone and go to Deer Park to pick up my gift card so I had the manager called that location and that manager said his transaction was processed, but they never gave me the gift card so that that’s theft on the store manager. He never told me that he had my gift card. Bottom line here is they’re very dishonest managers they have at this location. I do not recommend going to this location. They are plenty Apple stores with friendly staff and other locations. Also, what I can say is the manager should not have hold my gift card that is I should press charges against that is what the customer service representative when I called told me to do..

  It wasn’t a pleasant experience overall, I would recommend the other store in Woodfield Mall , the person who is responsible for assigning the sales people with customer wasn’t friendly at all , though another guy called Mike was nice . They sent me a sales lady wasn’t welcoming or anything as if I am buying something not costing a lot of money and I need details. In the middle of the conversation, this guy assigned her with someone else and sent me another sales lady without any apology. Most of the people working there are rude but to be fair not all of them . Bad experience, won’t recommend it

  Very disappointing experience. I brought my broken phone to the Apple Store and a replacement was ordered for me, but I wasn’t able to pick it up within the required time so the order was canceled. When I later returned with the same phone, the staff ran diagnostics and refused to replace it, claiming the battery was missing. I never removed the battery and brought the phone in the same condition as before. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they simply denied the replacement. Very frustrating and poor customer service.

  Earlier today I came into the store without an appointment because I thought my battery was broken. Turns out it was another issue. I am extremely thankful for the good work of Alex, he took my concern very seriously and helped me with my issue. Apparenlty the issue was that the charging port was very dirty and that's why my phone wasn't charging. Alex was very kind when speaking to me and unlike in other I places where one goes to fix a phone I at no point gelt like i wasn't being taken seriously and nore did I at anyh point feel like I was being made fun of. Lastly I was expting I'd have to pay several dozen to a few hundred dollars but as it turns out I didn't pay anything which was a massive WIN for me because I am not in a. good fincancal situation. I'm a 25-year-old working a minimum wage job who recnetly just moved into my own place. Good on you, Apple for treating these people who come in with small issues ( like myself) with respect and seriousness which you will NOT GET in a place like " you break I fix". Thank you again to Mister Alex for the great service. Next time I have trouble with my phone I'll go here.
