Absolute incompetence and a complete nightmare.
I came into this store to upgrade to an iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB and traded in my iPhone 13 Pro Max, which was valued at $320. During the backup process in the store, I realized I needed more storage and asked to switch to the 512GB model. Because the staff had already processed the trade-in and original sale, they refunded the 256GB model. The employees explicitly assured me that my $320 trade-in credit would automatically transfer over and apply directly to the new 512GB device balance.
That was a complete lie.
A week later, the credit was nowhere to be found. When I returned to the store, instead of fixing their own mistake, the staff dumped the burden on me and made me call Apple Global Support and Synchrony Bank right there. To "fix" it, they slapped me with a $320 Apple gift card—something I never asked for, have zero use for, and which does NOT lower my actual phone balance or monthly payments.
For weeks, I was forced into an infuriating loop of going back and forth, spending over an hour on the phone with multiple agents, forced to re-explain this exact story every single time. On August 12, an agent finally gave me a ticket number and promised the $320 gift card balance would be removed from my account and applied directly to my phone financing.
That was another lie.
After waiting nearly 10 days for an update, I received notice that my request was denied.
Apple took my trade-in device, completely botched a simple in-store exchange, dumped a useless gift card on me to cover their mess, misled me multiple times, and then flat-out denied the fix after wasting weeks of my time. The staff's inability to handle basic transactions and the company’s utter refusal to take accountability is appalling.
I am done being jerked around by this company. I am beyond disappointed and will never buy an Apple device ever again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this store.

SABOTAGE! My working MacBook air was diagnosed by a tech (whom i liked). Unfortunately it was too late in the day to perform the necessary software service (erase and reinstall OS) so he told me to come back another day. When I did, the first tech wasn't available so I got a different tech (very condescending). He didn't seem to want to do the software service (or paehaps didn't know how). After an hour of BS, he abruptly took my working computer in back, and returned saying he had taken it apart to reseat the SSD. It never booted up again. He then connected it to an ethernet cable for diagnosis and proclaimed it unrepairable.

It took nearly 3X the time I was promised for my repair. I was given an estimate of an hour to replace my phone battery so I remained in/near the store. After a little over an hour, an employee checked the repair status and told me it was complete, and it would be 10-15 minutes to wrap up. After another 30 minutes a different employee told me that the repair is done, the tech is wiping off the screen and it will be another 10-15 minutes. I thought "wiping off the screen takes 10-15 minutes?" Only after 2 more "it will be 10-15 minutes" promises by another employee and finally the manager, was the job completed. The indifference to the customer experience by each employee I came in contact with was astonishing. No "we could have done better" or any acknowledgement of ownership of the inconvenience. Instead, the message to me was "why are you surprised, can't you see we are busy?"

LESLIE Is the star today tomorrow and further in the future.
Anytime I set up an appointment. She’s always been there to help and sees me in the store and says hi.
Last time I was there my earbuds that were brand new. We’re not totally working correctly. It was true that it was faulty and she made sure there was a replacement.
I came in again having another issue with them, but it was not the earbuds. She had to teach me certain things about my phone how to make sure the connection is correct.
Without her, I would have to wait for text to try to figure my situation out. She knew what to do with my phone. She knew what to look for and she solved my issue.
A lot of times the best way to fix an issue with the earbuds. It’s just to turn off Siri sometimes Siri can throw things off.
Thank you again, Leslie as always you’re the best
My name is ADAM and I approve of this message

It’s easier to buy a Rolex than it is to buy a device at this Apple Store. Unlike most retailers, you can’t simply grab what you need and check out—you have to find an associate to complete the purchase. Unfortunately, that’s where the process breaks down.
After waiting without receiving any assistance, I gave up and bought several pairs
of AirPods Pro from Best Buy instead.
The staff seemed far more focused on helping people browse and try out products than assisting customers who were already ready to buy. Experiences like this are exactly why I don’t use Apple Business through this store and instead purchase our company’s Apple products in bulk from Best Buy. When customers who are ready to spend money can’t find anyone to complete the sale, it’s a missed opportunity and a frustrating experience.
