He was very nice, patient, and made sure everything was done right. Big respect to him. Employees like Robert are the reason I'd come back. Thank you!
- MMMariannaSep 24, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience at this Apple Store. We waited for more than an hour with our small child just to have the iPad screen replaced. When we finally approached the employees to ask about the wait, we were told that we would need to wait another hour or even longer because there were so many people, and they had no idea how long it would take. This is completely unacceptable. Waiting for hours with a small child, without even being given a clear estimate of the waiting time, is extremely frustrating. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience. I would not recommend this store.

Even though Belkin sent the wrong screen protector, Apple employees Dave and Shaun provided superior service and assisted in making it perfect. Very appreciative of their excellent assistance.
