  I went to cricket Wireless on 2 East Main Street in Danville Illinois town center on June 10th as a new customer. I have been a Verizon customer for the last 25 years. The black girl who waited on me was more interested in visiting with people that came in the store she knew and texting on her phone. Long story short, I chose a phone that was $399.99 when you leased it. What I didn't realize is that it had to be least through the leasing company called bread. Considering bread would not approve my credit application because I have my credit Frozen due to a data breach, she called up their other Leasing Company , progressive, on my old phone and told me to fill that one out . That is all she said. So I followed the bouncing ball and was approved. She sold me things I didn't need, by saying they were free . They were not free, they were added on to my lease contract. I also did not get the phone at the $400 special because it had to be leased with bread . She did not tell me that leasing with Progressive would cost me another $150 to buy the phone . I went to the store today on June 13th and she was very combative when I confronted her about what she had done. She told me I made a choice and she could not tell me what choices to make. I made an uninformed choice because she did not tell me the difference in the prices or that Progressive charges 10% to use them at a 14.99% interest fee. I asked who the manager was and she told me she is the manager. She is not the manager. I went to another Cricket store and they told me that she tells everybody that and that she is not the manager. They gave me the phone number of the manager who was very nice and I am very happy with the second Cricket story visiting. I do not recommend anyone going to the town center cricket to get phones. Go to the one on North Vermilion in danville. Those girls went above and beyond with the information that I asked about. You should not be selling people expensive phones if you do not understand the lease agreements that you are committing them to. She also did not provide me with a copy of the lease agreement so I was not able to read it until progressive sent it to me and I downloaded it on my phone. This phone, had I not called Progressive to find out how many months I owed on it would have ended up costing me over $1,200.

  When is the other day to just upgrade a phone salesperson Tiffany might as well have tried to sell me a house did not stop pushing and pushing after we told her we only wanted to upgrade our outlander after an hour and a half I'm going back and forth we went up North wasn't in the store up north 5 minutes had everything we asked for got what we didn't need for free which was great and walked out in less than a half hour not only was it less stress I do feel as well as others feel move on and maybe work at Walmart very unprofessional should stay off her phone and not worry about her boyfriend go up north people
