The Cricket customer service phone line is totally worthless; I'll never use them again. But every single employee in this store has been great to us over the years, and I'll never go anywhere else when we need anything for our cricket phone plan.

- LPLanee PetersonDec 28, 20181.0I came in to talk to them about removing a line and paying my bill. I was polite and had a mask on. The lady which was thee store manager was VERY rude and told me that i am NOT allowed to pay with cash which i wasn't! She knew this and started in on me some more! Then proceeded to tell me " Well, next time you need to pay online!" I said its my choice if i want to pay online or in store. I have followed guidelines on wearing a mask etc! She then became so rude i told her to stop talking to me! She then said after your receipt you can just leave! I will NEVER refer anyone else to Cricket and they need to hire a store manager with some Class & Customer service experience next time!!!!
