  The geeksquad Pretty much useless unless it's a problem that you could probably figure out on your own or on youtube... went there on two separate occasions regarding issues with a Samsung phone regarding sign in issues and then the other time for a jitterbug phone for an older family member that was bought in their store using their phone plan.. they right away said "we can't do anything unless it's an iPhone", atleast you gotta give the guys props for letting you know right off the rip their not going to be able to help you and they did recommend a different reapair store the next town over that will actually fix what they say they can when you set up an appointment. wish the geek squad would specify what they can and cannot do with the long appointment making process over the phone with their 3rd party scheduling department... definitely communication error there too about a 50/50 shot if what you tell them in the scheduling department actually gets through to the tech you see in the store generally their going to start fresh with you when you get there anyway... unless it's a basic problem, fix, or repair that is needed I'd look elsewhere because odds are if you go to the geeksquad their probably just gonna hit you with "yea im not really sure", "we can't do anything unless it's an iphone" they will walk in the back to "see what they can do" weather they actually do that or not who knows.. essentially I wouldn't waste your time but if they cannot help you they will atleast point you in the right direction to someone who can

  Brought Lenovo 9i laptop for power button to be fixed, was informed would be 60-80% value of a $2,600 laptop to be fixed because they needed to replace the motherboard apparently. Took same laptop to another shop for second opinion and was fixed within 24 hours for $60, works good as new.
