- GJGee JayAug 31, 20221.0I've been a cricket customer for some time now, and frequent this location in the past being very satisfied with the service and knowledge exhibited by the salespeople until yesterday. The salesperson didn't know anything. He had to make a phone call to someone (?) each time he had to make a decision. He asked to see my phone to see what I needed, but sold me the wrong equipment. When I came to return it, he said next time make sure I know what I needed since it is my phone. Really? I asked him what was his purpose for being here if not to assist a customer? He did not know how to make the exchange, the person on the phone just told him to ask me for the difference of the exchange, and no receipt was given for the new equipment. I was so frustrated that I allowed this to happen. If something happens to the equipment, I am willing to take the loss before dealing with him. I will never visit this Cricket location again. I am really considering a new provider.
